Decline in active Coronavirus cases in 19 states and union territories of India
According to the Ministry of Health, there have been 60,975 cases of coronavirus in the last 24 hours across the country. The total number of cases is now 31,67,324.
New Delhi: 19 states and union territories of the country have recorded a decline in active cases of coronavirus (Covid-19) in the last 24 hours. The number has come down to 704,348 with a decrease of 6,423.
Maharashtra, which is the most affected state in the country due to Coronavirus, has reduced the number of active cases of Kovid-19 from 3416 to 168,443.
The state of Maharashtra has the highest number of 685,152 people affected with Covid-19, while 14,219 people have died so far.
In Karnataka too, the number of active cases has come down to 81,230 with a decrease of 2337. So far, there are 283,665 cases of coronavirus in the state. In Bihar, the number of active cases of Covid has come down to 21392 with a decrease of 1719.
In Andhra Pradesh, Andman Nicobar, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Chandigarh, Dadar Nagar Haveli, Daman Dev, Delhi, Goa, Himachal Pradesh, Kerala, Nagaland, Punjab, Sikkim, Tamil Nadu, Uttarakhand, and West Bengal are also reported to have declined in the number of active cases.
According to data released on Tuesday morning by the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, 60,975 cases of coronavirus have been reported across the country in the last 24 hours. With this, The total number of cases is 31,67,324. The total number of deaths has reached 58,380 with 848 deaths during the same period. The total number of healthy patients in the country has reached 24,04,585, while the active cases of coronavirus have declined and now the number has come down to 704,348.
