The government should take concrete and systematic steps to prevent 9the spread of the Covid-19 epidemic. The number of victims has crossed 10 lakh. If Covid-19 continues to spread at this speed, there will be more than 20 lakh victims in the country by August 10.
New Delhi: Former Congress president Rahul Gandhi has said if concrete steps are not taken to stop the spread of the Covid-19 epidemic, the situation is would become worst. He said that the number of people affected by Coronavirus in the country would double by 10 August.
Mr. Gandhi said on Friday that the number of people affected by coronavirus in the country was increasing on a daily basis. However, no concrete steps are being taken at the official level to improve the situation.

He tweeted, “The number of victims has crossed 10 lakhs. If Covid-19 spreads at this rate, the country will have more than 20 lakh victims by 10 August. The government needs to take concrete and organized to stop the spread of the epidemic.”
