In India, 29,429 cases of Coronavirus cases recorded in 24 hours

New Delhi: Amidst the increasing cases of Coronavirus infection in the country, India has moved very close to Russia at number three in the list of coronavirus-affected countries with the highest number of 24,850 new cases reported in the last 24 hours. A record 613 people have died during this period.

According to data released on Sunday by the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, there have been 24,850 new Covid cases across the country in the last 24 hours, taking the number of infected people to 6,73,165. In Russia, there have been 6,73,564 cases so far.

In the same period, the number of people who died of 613 people from Coronavirus has increased to 19,268. Meanwhile, the number of people getting rid of the infection is also increasing steadily. In the last 24 hours, 14,856 patients have recovered, amounting to a total of 4,09,083 people who have become healthy so far. The country currently has 2,44,814 active cases of coronavirus infection.

The biggest number of people affected by the epidemic is in Maharashtra. The tally in the state has crossed 2 lakh cases. The state has reported 7,074 new cases of infection in the last 24 hours, with 2,00,064 infections and 295 deaths. With the 8,671 of deaths, the number of affected people has reached 1,08,082 people in the state.
