Growing atrocities on Uyghur Muslims in China unbearable: Syed Shahnawaz Hussain
New Delhi: Bharatiya Janata Party national spokesperson and former Union Minister Syed Shahnawaz Hussain has reacted harshly against the atrocities against Muslims in China’s Xinjiang region. He said that Chinese government’s atrocities on Uyghur Muslims has even left the likes of Hitler and Stalin behind in 21st century. He appealed to the entire civilized world including India to raise their voices against the Communist government of China for its atrocities on Muslim minority.
He said the fact-based reports submitted by some independent news agencies and human rights activists are shocking. The growing atrocities of the communist government are unbearable.
Syed Shahnawaz Hussain has said that, according to some reports, the Chinese government has set up detention camps (called de-radicalization camps) where 3 million Uyghur Muslims are imprisoned. It is misleading that China also interprets these notorious camps as educational camps.
Reports of atrocities against Uyghur Muslims continued to circulate in the Xinjiang region of China, but analysis of 50 satellite images assess the extent of the detention camps. All of these camps are very close to Ladakh region in India, where Muslims are kept detained.
Expressing anger over China’s atrocities, senior BJP leader Shahnawaz Hussain also revealed that the Chinese Communist government is forcing Muslim women to marry Chinese men to reduce the Muslim population in Xinjiang. The government has rather launched a campaign there due to which thousands of Muslim women have failed to save their purity and lawlessness. At the same time, in these camps, Muslims have to face obstacles in eating and drinking as well as in worship.
Pakistan, OIC silent on Uyghurs
Syed Shahnawaz Hussain has said that despite the atrocities on Muslims in China, Pakistan is busy in boot-licking of the Chinese government. the Organization of Islamic Co-operation (OIC) is also silent.

He also expressed grief over the lack of any response from Muslim organizations and scholars in India and appealed to all Muslims to speak against the tyrannical communist government of China from each platform.
Arguing that for Muslims, there is no better country than India, and no better Prime Minister better than the Prime Minister Narendra Modi, he expressed surprise that a small incident in India has triggered a storm of protest in all corners of the country but it is inconceivable that people are silent on such atrocities against Muslims in China.
