The government has decided to conduct a narco test of the victim’s family along with the officers
Lucknow: After the suspension of five policemen, including the Superintendent of Police, on the SIT report amid a heated politics following the Hathras incident in Uttar Pradesh, the government has decided to conduct a narco test of the victim’s family along with the officers.
Authorized sources said on Friday night that the 3-member SIT today submitted its first report to the Chief Minister, which showed prima facie negligence of the police in the investigation after the incident, on which the government suspended five policemen after taking a quick decision.
Sources say that the narco test will also be conducted for the family of the victim along with the suspended police personnel in order to reach the bottom of the incident and to find out the truth.
A girl of a village of Hathras, who was a victim of brutal rape, died in a hospital in Delhi last Tuesday. Police have arrested four people in this connection.
