India’s coronavirus positive cases reach 1,82,143 with single day jump of 8,380
New Delhi: India’s COVID tally has crossed 1.8 lakh cases today morning. This is the highest ever jump of infections with 8380 cases. According to the Health Ministry, the total confirmed cases in the country are now 182143.
The death toll has crossed 5,000 mark with 193 more people getting infected with coronavirus positive since Saturday. This has taken the country’s death toll due to COVID-19 to 5164 people.
Good news is that 4614 more patients were recovered taking the total number of recovered patients to 86984 who have been discharged from the hospitals. Meanwhile, cases under active medical supervision have now, once again, reached 90,000 across India. The figure now stands at 89995.
