New BJP leaders for Delhi, Chhattisgarh, Manipur
New Delhi: The Bharatya Janata Party has made major changes in the party high leadership in three states. Notices have been served by the BJP National president JP Nadda to make changes in the leadership in Delhi, Chhattisgarh, Manipur.
Adesh Kumar Gupta is now the new BJP president of Delhi. Manoj Tiwari was replaced by him as BJP president. J P Nadda announced this on Tuesday.
Mr. Gupta, former North Delhi Municipal Mayor, replaced the Bhojpur film start and singer Manoj Tiwari.
BJP president J P Nadda also appointed the former union minister Vishnu Deo Sai as Chhattisgarh party president. Mr. Sai was a member of the sixteenth Lok Sabha representing the Raigarh constituency of Chhattisgarh.
Mr. Nadda also appointed Prof. S Tikendra Singh as the state president of BJP for Manipur.
National General Secretary of the Bharatiya Janata Party Mr. Arun Singh said that the appointment has come with immediate effect.
