‘Gandhi of Semanchal’ was messiah of underprivileged people: Sarfaraz Alam
Once upon a time, the famous political leader of the country, Late Mohammad Taslimuddin, known as the ‘Gandhi of Seemanchal’, was the crusader for the rights of underprivileged people of all sections.
New Delhi, September 17 (HAMS) The former Member of Parliament Sarfaraz Alam said Tuesday in a tribute that the famous political leader of the country Late Mohammad Taslimuddin, known as the ‘Gandhi of Seemanchal’, had been the crusader for the rights of underprivileged people of all sections and no one can replace him.
He said that the he was equally popular in every section of the common people and, therefore, it is being felt deeply that he is not among us. He said that in the country where sectarianism is on the rise today and minorities and deprived sections of the country are being ignored all times, it is natural to miss Taslimuddin sahib as he was a great advocate for the development of the region. He had always been ready to fight for the rights of the people .
Sarfaraz Alam, the political heir of the Gandhi of Semanchal, has promised on the occasion of the death anniversary of Mohammad Taslimuddin, to follow the path he had shown and that he would strive to end the inequality in society. He said that our leader is not among us today but his legacy would continue.
Former Member of Parliament Sandeep Paswan recalled Taslimuddin, saying that he was our guide; may God rest his soul in peace and encourage all political leaders to follow his path!
Seemanchal Media Manch’s President Abid Anwar said on this occasion that it is sad for us because the Messiah of Seemanchal had departed this world on this day, who had been a brave and fearless leader. The need of time is that his method of work is to be adopted for the cohesive development of Seemanchal, that would be a great tribute to them.
Former Congress candidate from the Baisi Assembly constituency, Nisar Ahmed said that the the son of Seemanchal is not among us but we will carry forward his mission. On this occasion, various political and social figures of Arariya, Jokihat, Forbesganj and Kishanganj expressed their determination not to deviate from the path shown by the Gandhi of Seemanchal. A prayer meeting was held for the forgiveness and exaltation for the departed sou of the brave-heart leader.
