Apple delight

Ingredients:

5-56 apples, 1 cup boiled peas, ½ cup roasted peanuts, 2-3 chopped green chilies, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, pinch of jeera, 1 tsp oil, ½ tsp chaat masala and lemon juice, ½ tsp red chili powder, 1 cup pomegranate seeds, ½ tsp salt

Method:

Heat oil in pan and sauté jeera in it.

Add peas to it along with all the masalas. Let it cook for few minutes.

Once the mixture gets cool down, add pomegranate seeds, roasted peanuts, coriander leaves and green chilies.

Wash the apples and hollow them from center.

Fill the apples with prepared stuffing. Squeeze lemon juice on top and serve it to your loved ones while feeding yourself with nutrition.

Super phirni

Ingredients:

1 litre milk, ½ cup powdered cashews and almonds, ½ cup meva, 3-4 green cardamom, 1 handful of rice, ½ cup grated paneer, 1 tbsp powdered sugar

Method:

Soak rice in water.

Bring milk to a boil in pan. Now add cardamom and soaked rice to milk. Cook on medium flame for few minutes.

When milk turns half in quantity, add grated paneer, almonds and cashews. Mix well.

Now pour into serving bowls and serve after garnishing it with meva.
