Former Maharashtra Chief Minister Fadnavis appointed as BJP’s Bihar election in-charge
BJP national president JP Nadda has appointed Fadnavis as Bihar election in-charge. Voting in three phases in Bihar will be held on October 28, October 3 and 7, while results will be announced on November 10.
New Delhi: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national president JP Nadda has appointed former Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis as election in-charge for the upcoming Bihar Assembly Elections.
According to the Election Commission, elections for the 243 assembly seats of Bihar will be held in three phases on October 28, November 03 and November 07. The counting of the three phases will take place on the same day i.e. 10th of November.
Due to the Coronavirus (Covid-19), voters can either vote through the postal ballot or will vote under the supervision of health officials at their polling stations on the last day of the election.
