12 Iranian footballers infected with Coronavirus – Covid-10

According to the report of the Tasnim news agency, 6 Esteghlal players have been found infected with the coronavirus. The club’s director has talked about the possibility of several other players being infected with the virus. The investigation reports of these players are yet to come. The Foolad Club has also announced that six of its players have also been found to be infected with the virus.
According to new rules by Iranian medical authorities, if 5 players from the same team get the virus, the team’s matches will be canceled. Football Super League matches, which were postponed from February in Iran due to the global epidemic, resumed just last week.
